When registering a credit card and making a first purchase, the App Store may place an authorization hold of $1 on yourcredit card. This is not an actual charge, and will be canceled automatically in a few days. If an additional $1 charge appears after a purchase, it will be canceled automatically.

A) No, It is not possible to delete the list of purchases.
